Job description
Job Purpose
To ensure excellent customer service is delivered and garments are altered to a high standard and on time. To maintain a sound understanding of garment construction and work with challenging fabrics.
Job Objectives
- Fitting men’s and ladies’ garments
- Completing alteration work timely and by due date and time
- Filling in alteration dockets with pricing and concise instructions
- Updating and completing weekly worksheet
- Returning altered garments to the Quality Control rail
- Handling customer queries and complaints, where necessary
- .Book in garments to be altered, when needed
- Answer telephone, when needed

Qualifications & Experience required
- Thorough understanding of garment construction
- High standard of machine and hand sewing
- Knowledge of alterations and pressing
