Job Description
We are looking for someone who not only has knowledge, skills and experience in the ways of best practice, but also need empathy, warmth, compassion and excellent listening and communication skills. As a care assistant your responsibilities will be to:
- Provide companionship
- Support with personal care
- Prompt and administer correct medication
- Complete some manual handling / using equipment where required
- Helping clients with administrative tasks
- Personal care
- Preparing meals and helping patients eat their food
- Checking that patients take their prescribed medicine/ administering medication
- Taking bloods
- observations

Requirements
- Right to work in the UK
- Fluent in English
- Able to relocate/Commute - a valid UK driving license and use of own car is preferred
- level 3 Health and Social Care
- Minimum of 2 years experience
- Must have a valid DBS on the updated service

Schedule:
- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
