365 People are hiring skilled steel operatives who can use an overhead crane to become part of an excellent team based in Kingswinford / Dudley. This client specialises within the steel industry and are looking for hard working staff who are looking for their next career with plenty of internal growth and fantastic opportunities!

Ideal Candidate will have:

• Overhead Crane Licence
• FLT Licences
• Experience within the steel industry
• Driving Licence
• Ability to lift and load heavy items.
• Outgoing Personality is key for this particular role.
• Positive attitude
• Great work ethic

Shifts & Pay Rates:

• Day Shift: 5am – 1:30pm (Mon-Thu) 5am – 12:30 (Fri)
• PM Shift: 1pm – 9:30pm (Mon-Thu) 12 – 7:30pm (Fri)
• Night Shift: 10pm – 5:30am (Mon-Thu) 9pm – 5:30 (Fri)
• £21,000-£32,000 based on shift
