Multi-Skilled Engineer (Day Shift)

Our business has been experiencing exponential growth and industry leading innovation with a state-of-the-art brand-new optical grader, which is one of the largest in Europe.
Your role as an experienced Multi-skilled Engineer is to provide planned and preventative maintenance to our production lines in the factory.
Main responsibilities of our Multi-skilled Engineer:
- Maintain a planned preventative maintenance programme and liaise with the general management team to ensure the minimisation of downtime and disruption
- Assist the Engineering Team in providing a timely and supportive service to the site operations
- Responsible for auditing the machinery in the areas and to carry out the preventative maintenance schedules attached to the machines as well as providing breakdown cover
- Ensure that all work is conducted in line with the Company’s high standards of hygiene and workplace tidiness
Working hours: 05.45am – 18.00pm. 2 weekly rolling pattern, working 7/14 days with every other weekend off.

Our Ideal Multi-Skilled Engineer candidate:
- ONC/HNC qualified
- An Electrical / Mechanical qualification
- Ability to work from drawings / plans
- Good faultfinding abilities
- Effective communication
- Good attention to detail
- Problem solving skills
