JOB PURPOSE
The Real Wrap Co is a fast-paced food to go manufacturer. We have been placed on the fast-track top 100 companies for the past 3 years for growth, hitting a run rate of £32M turnover. We plan to grow to £60M in the next 2 years across our sites in Avonmouth, Bristol and Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire.
You will be a representative of the Real Wrap Co who will sit within the Senior management team and be responsible for team members working alongside you. Your job is to bring your previous knowledge and experience to a newly created role within the company to help maintain continued growth and help achieve the smooth running of site. You will be responsible for procuring materials at the best price and quality and ensuring we have them on site ready produce to plan in full on time. You will also be responsible for all warehousing and stock control.

RESPONSIBILITIES
· You will be responsible for stock control and stock reconciliation.
· You will be responsible for all purchase orders.
· You and your team will be responsible for elements of procurement.
· You will be responsible for the warehouse management, GMP & all H&S within
· You will work as part of team to implement the new internal ERP & MRP system then maintain the system once bedded in.
· Understand key business priorities and work with other functions to deliver high levels of customer service. This will include optimising inventory levels and stock holding days, building closer supplier relationships, and mitigating risk of non-production.
· Work with marketing to understand the NPD pipeline, launch dates, and ensure supplier readiness to support capacity
· Ensure the business systems can support growth, and remove transactional activity were possible
· Develop the skills within the team, supporting training needs, and creating succession plans
Essential Experience and Skills:
- Strong Knowledge of Procurement and Supply Chain
- Previous ERP trainer (ideal) or strong knowledge
- Project management experience/ training
- Strong IT Knowledge
- Team Management
- Strong Communicator
- Excellent Leadership skills
- A good problem solver
- 3 years industry experience in a management role
Direct reports – Purchasing Controller, Purchasing assistant
Salary – £48,000 to £58,000 per annum
Working Days – Monday to Friday
