You make your business to be the specialist when it comes to service standards, you are The Ninja of teamwork. You always know where you should be and what you should be doing.

You have an eye for details and take action when things aren’t right, aware of the basics you are up to date with all current menus and service standards and specifications.

Manage your time effectively throughout your shift, ensuring all opening/closing duties are carried out.

You know and understand the shifts targets and booking requirements by attending shift briefs.

You have Ninja intuition knowing guests needs before they do. Greeting everyone as fellow Ninja and always thanking them for coming to see us.

First-class service and teamwork are your priorities; you lead by example following the steps of service. Always prepared to ask the right questions and listen to feedback from the team leader when the shift is exceptional or doesn’t go to plan.

Safe fun is always a priority, you will ensure all daily cleaning duties and check lists are completed. Complete your health and safety training to protect you, your team and guest.

If you do make mistakes, admit to them and learn from them. You always ask for help.

If you spot a teammate struggling, you always lend a helping hand, you care.

You make an effort to get know your fellow Ninjas, you are wise beyond your years and know how to get best out of each other.

You will be asked to attend monthly training sessions and team meetings to support you and your development.

Responsibilities:

· Demonstrate excellence in customer service by engaging with clients on the course.

· Provide guidance to customers and demonstrate techniques if require.

· Watch out for misbehaviour and clamp down
· Arrange warm up routines at the start of each session
· Organise safety briefing for all sessions
· Manage session changeovers
· Monitor what is happening on court
· Organise parties and co-ordinate the activities
· Demonstrate & guide Ninja's on the course.
· Maintain Ninja equipment.
· Make PA announcement.
· General site cleaning and maintenance.

Must be available weekends.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

Salary: £6.83-£9.50 per hour
