So who are we?
We provide an efficient end to end onboarding experience for our SME, Mid Corporate and Corporate and Institutional Coverage clients, manage Complaints via our Complaints Centre of Excellence and conduct Ongoing Know Your Customer (KYC).
So what's involved?
You'll gather a wide range of information and provide KYC guidance to clients, resolving queries including those of a more complex/sensitive nature as well as complaint resolution.
Once fully trained you'll ensure activities follow internal and external standards and polices.
Work as a trusted advisor putting the client at the heart of your decision making.
Wider Business Support – As part of the Onboarding & Maintenance team, we work very closely with other colleagues within the wider Team.
And once you're up to speed you can genuinely contribute to the improvement of our processes with opportunities you spot.
- Experience of Anti Money Laundering and/or Financial Crime (preferred but not essential as training will be provided)
- Demonstrate the ability to work at a detailed level.
- Ability to positively influence stakeholders whilst demonstrating the Group’s values and behaviours.
- Able to manage own workload and sufficiently prioritise urgent items.
- The ability to build strong working relationships with our customers.
- An active team member who supports their colleagues.
- The willingness to taking ownership of your personal development and training.
You'll receive excellent training and ongoing support/development and the realistic potential for progression.
For starters, we'll give you a competitive starting package of £27,027 - £35,490 (depending on experience and location) that comes with a bonus opportunity of circa 5% and maybe more!
