Rent-A-Center Corporate
Lease Payable Accounting Administrator
JOB PURPOSE: Compute, classify, record, and verify numerical data for use in maintaining accounting records by performing the following duties. Process and pay all expense related to monthly rent, CAM, real estate tax, and property insurance in an accurate and timely manner. Provide premier customer service to the field employees, fellow coworkers and vendors.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Audit and research CAM, tax and insurance reconciliation (triple net)
- Process and review monthly rent statements.
- Communicate with field, landlords and Corporate Real Estate Managers
- Assist in monthly financial statement reviews (P&L's), month-end close process and complete account reconciliations.
- Miscellaneous projects as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree in accounting or finance preferred.
- One to two years previous experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
- Must be highly organized and detail oriented.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Friendly with outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
