Pay & Hours:
We offer a competitive pay of £30,000 per annum and a working week of 39 hours.

About You:
We are looking for an experienced retail a manager to assist the manager with the daily operations of our new store openings
You must hold a full valid UK driving licence
Own your own car.
Management in Retail or in the catering environment.
Previous experience in managing a team
Previous experience in food service preferred
Great impersonal skills and able to adapt to the training needs of each individual.
A good communicator with a track record of success in previous roles.
What you will be responsible for:
Assist the new store opening manager in opening the store and training new staff members to high caliber
Taking a full ownership when shop manager on holidays or day off
Ensuring store schedules and objectives are met by employees, successfully managing and controlling all aspects of the shop
Our Trainer supports the manager in the day to day operations of a retail store
Training and development of new team members to a high level.
Sandwich and food production standards, as well as rolling up your sleeves yourselves.
Ensure the store is clean, organised and welcoming from customers.
