As a Foxtons New Homes Sales Negotiator no two days are ever the same. You will typically spend the morning advising buyers and investors from one of our dynamic café-style offices and the afternoon will be spent showing new builds and developments across various sites. As well, there will constantly be new things to learn from offering financial advice to explaining Shared Ownership and Help to Buy.
About You
Aside from a positive mindset, the willingness to learn, and the motivation to develop, the only requirement to be considered for this opportunity is a valid UK or EU driving licence. A strong work ethic and resilience is beneficial, but the want and desire to have fun at work is mandatory.

New Homes Sales is a specialism within the residential property sector and slightly different from a normal estate agency role. For instance, the developer rather than a homeowner will be your client and the properties you will be selling are usually off-plan. The Foxtons New Homes department is the largest sales team of any agent in London. They're also ‘open’ agents, meaning you can work across different regions and multiple developments rather than being restricted to just one. Our New Homes specialists are currently working on 2,500+ new homes across 130 new developments.
