Job description
- Managing existing deals in the pipeline
- Running discovery calls with new accounts with support from a technical expert
- Increasing the number of deals in the pipeline through inbound or outbound leads, trade shows, referrals, exhibitions, social media, etc.
- Visiting customers to review needs and identify pain points
- Providing feedback on software and intended use by the client
- Managing the quote and order process, ensuring that all requirements are met and the internal team is clear on the customer requirements
- Keeping customers updated on progress
- Providing sales forecasting data and keeping the CRM up-to-date on a weekly basis
Requirements
We're looking for someone who is/has:
- Self-motivated and energetic, able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Curious, focused, detail-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communicator, both internally and customer-facing
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, ideally with experience of additive manufacturing
- Sales experience in engineering, software, or additive manufacturing
