As one of the fastest- growing companies in the industry Capital Vacations Front-Line Sales Representative speaks with and leads guests on a tour of model units with the intention of converting guests into Vacation Club Owners.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Presents information to the guest on the benefits of vacation ownership with Capital Vacations, LLC.
- Completes property tours of the condos and discuss guest needs
- Building the dream of vacationing for guest
- Map out the benefits Capital Vacations travel program has to offer
- Calls Manager to present financial options for potential ownership with Capital Vacations, LLC.
- All other duties as assigned

Education, Essential Training / Certifications, and Experience:
- High School diploma/GED referred
- Maintain 10% closing, measured by monthly sales reports
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
- Maintain a high level of professionalism
- Excellent customer services skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible schedule
Shift:
- Full Time Position - Possible Holidays and Weekends
