We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Delivery Manager to join our Premises cleaning contract. Working as part of the JPR operational management team in providing a world class service to our clients, ensuring JPR Solutions (UK) Limited are at the forefront of cleaning and operational practices.
Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, the post is responsible for the day-to-day delivery and management plan for meeting and exceeding key premises cleaning and corporate site contract deliverables, KPIs and internal/external client expectations, along with a high quality and seamless customer experience.
You will manage, lead and motivate a small team of supervisors who operate across multiple locations, setting objectives and development plans to meet and improve upon service level expectations. You will also be responsible for quality monitoring, recruitment, training, performance and absence management.
This position is a support function for the operational team and Head of Operations. The position will, cover all operational areas that Northwest Ambulance Service operate from, supporting the Blue light service.

Job Specific Requirements
· Ensure all service specific KPIs are actively managed and monitored, identify areas
for concern and put remedial actions in place.
· To complete both site and employee specific audits, report your findings and
create, agree, and facilitate documented corrective actions to comply with contract
requirements and ISO9001.
· To ensure that all staff are trained to the correct standards and are compliant with
all contract specifications, fully understand the relevant policies and procedure.
This includes being responsible for the recruitment, onboarding, training and on-
going performance monitoring.
· Build relationships with key stakeholders across NWAS and private contracts.
· Take ownership of employee HR issues and be able to deal with contentious issues
in a sensitive and professional way.
· Assist in the delivery of operational contracts when required, which may include
deputising for the Head of Operations.
· To produce and communicate KPI and SLA Monthly Performance Data and any
other appropriate report.
· Utilise employment websites, manage job listings and potential candidates.
· To inform the Head of Operations (and senior management team) of any situation
representing a serious and immediate danger to Health and Safety.
· To undertake Health and Safety checks and Risk Assessments, record and distribute
as appropriate.
· To ensure that control measures are strictly enforced, and relevant records are
kept.
· Co-ordinate and deploy resources to ensure coverage as demanded by the needs of
the business and completion of payroll.
· Ensure equipment, consumables and stock control are operated effectively and
efficiently. Working in partnership and building relationships with key consumable
suppliers.
· Conduct documented monthly team meetings, to facilitate engagement and deliver
key communications.
· Liaise with head office to manage absence and holiday records, including sickness
and annual leave for all colleagues.

Person Specification
· Must have a valid UK driving licence and no more than 3 penalty points.
· Experience of operational working within the ambulance sector and managing
multi-site teams, would be advantageous.
· Ability to work on own initiative or part of a team, along with prioritising workloads
to achieve objectives.
· Time management, excellent organisational & planning skills.
· Be familiar with Microsoft 365 software – Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook
exchange.
· Strong interpersonal communication skillset with a demonstrable relationship
building capability. Excellent written and oral communication skills, along with
report writing capability.

Job Title – Service Delivery Manager
Salary - £30,000 per annum
Hours – 37.5 per week Mon – Fri (Flexibility required)
Annual leave – 25 days per year (plus bank holidays)
Base – Home Based
Reporting to – Head of Operations
