Job description
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team and provide support to our staff and our central finance team. Dealing with a broad range of responsibilities including various accounts receivable and payable duties.
This position is a full-time position to start within the next 2 weeks. The working hours will be Monday-Friday 08:30-17:00.
Main duties and responsibilities:
· Preparing the daily banking and posting cash receipts & payments on the system;
· Assisting the account payable function;
· Reconciliation of supplier statements;
· Processing invoices and supplier payments;
· Processing staff expense claims;
· Reconciling the cashbooks;
· Assisting with AP system process improvements
· Credit control - Chasing monies owed and allocating payment received;
· Managing customer accounts and information requests;

Required Skills & Experience:
- 2 years of finance Experience
- Good working knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping practices.
- Ideally AAT qualified, or qualified by experience.
