Role Introduction
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an adaptable and dynamic individual to join our Finance Team in The Mailbox Birmingham. In this role, you will be working within our newly created Order Management Team responsible for ensuring the completeness and accuracy of orders in compliance with Advances polices. This involves a detailed review prior to booking to facilitate smooth downstream processing including fulfilment, invoicing, and revenue recognition.
What You Will Do
- Review and validate Sales Orders for complete and accurate details prior to booking
- Review and resolve exceptions on orders identified as needing manual review and validation
- Work with impacted teams to resolve order issues in a timely manner prior to booking
- Assist quote to cash teams, including Sales and Sales Ops, as needed to proactively configure orders correctly or with sales scenarios of additional complexity
What You Will Have
- Detail oriented with a high level of attention to detail to drive accuracy
- Self-Motivated working well under pressure and meeting deadlines
- A Team Player with strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships
- Proactively suggest changes or improvements to increase accuracy & efficiency
- Bachelor's degree or similar
