Network Support Engineer / NOC Engineer - Fully Remote working, Work from Home, must be able and willing to do a shift pattern including nights & become SC cleared.
Network Support Engineer/ NOC Engineer must be at the level of a strong 2nd line Network Support level with experience of implementing changes, we’re offering lots of skill enhancement & career progression. Network Support Engineer / NOC Engineer will be performing 2nd line Network technical diagnostic’s & administration across Cisco R&S (Cisco Routing & Switching) at Service Provider level, using Cisco management tools. Ideally Network Support Engineer / NOC Engineer should have their CCNA & CCNP or working to that level and working towards gaining the accreditations.
Successful Network Support Engineer/ NOC Engineer will have solid experience at a tier 2 level and have had some experience with Firewall failures as well as strong Cisco configuration, troubleshooting and fault finding, preferably covering Cisco R&S, Cisco security, Cisco wireless and Tier 2 Broadband.
Successful Network Support Engineer/ NOC Engineer must have excellent written & verbal communication skills and drive and passion to progress their skill set.
