HR Generalist (Maternity Cover)
About the Role
We are currently recruiting for HR Generalist (Maternity Cover), to join us at the Alton Towers Resort, the UK's only attraction that specialises in making Britain happy!
The role will provide general HR administrative support to all functions within the HR department, including Recruitment, Learning Development, Employee Relations and Engagement. This multi-skilled role will be involved in all aspects of the employee lifecycle and will be the main point of contact of most first line queries. This role is Maternity cover and will be expected to last 9-10 months fixed term. Some Key responsibilities can be seen below:
- Support with recruitment events, in particularly Roster Ready sessions, playing an active part in sessions as required
- Support Management of Resort Employee social media channels
- Support the Employee Relations function with ensuring administration tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Deliver a professional, friendly, and efficient service to all customers visiting and contacting the HR office
- Support key HR initiatives always keeping culture and engagement in mind
- To act as the first point of contact for all HR related enquiries and escalating to the HR Business Partners when appropriate
