Are you looking to kickstart your career in the freight forwarding industry? Swanstaff Recruitment has the perfect opportunity for you! We are currently looking for an Export Co-ordinator to join our team in the Dyce area.

Job Title: Export Co-ordinator
Location: Dyce
Salary: £30,000 - £36,000 Per Annum
Hours: 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday

Duties:

• Managing the complete export process from start to finish.
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with customers, suppliers and transport companies.
• Negotiating best freight rates and coordinating shipments.
• Liaising with customs and clearing agents.
• Ensuring all documentation is correctly completed and submitted.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a freight forwarding role.
• Excellent organisational, communication and customer service skills.
• Good understanding of export processes and requirements.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
