Job description
SAMFOS Health is currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated carers who are willing to help improve the quality of life to those in need of care in their own homes.
We require flexible and experienced individuals who are dedicated to join our growing team of compassionate staff. Driving required but not essential. Drivers receive enhanced rates.

Your Role and Responsibilities:
You will assist people with learning disabilities, dementia, sensory impairments, and autistic spectrum disorders with:
- Personal care including washing and dressing, showering, toileting and continence care, changing pads.
- Meeting nutritional needs including serving meals to clients, assistance with feeding/eating.
- Medication-assisting residents to take prescribed medicines
- Offering companionship
- Promoting choice and independence
. Assist clients with light domestic cleaning
Most importantly, applicants must have:
- Genuine passion and compassion to help others
- Willingness to learn and undertake mandatory trainings
- A positive attitude to work and able to work in a team
- Ability to use own initiative in given circumstances
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract
Part-time hours: 36 per week
Salary: £11.95-£16.00 per hour
