.Net Developer Remote

Rate: £425 Outside IR35
Length: 20 weeks
Location: Remote with occasional travel to Stoke
Job Purpose:
Davies Group is looking for enthusiastic, experienced .Net Developer to join our Software Development Team. Our Agile squads are developing a range of services to deliver world class applications for regulated markets utilising cloud technologies.
The contract software developer will be responsible for developing the required claims system integration needs. They will work side-by-side with product owners, business analysts, testers and members of the business to develop the systems.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to demonstrate experience in C# and .NET Core, Winforms, Test automation and Azure
Duties and responsibilities:
· Supporting the creation requirements/user stories and acceptance criteria.
· Developing software in line with requirements/user stories and acceptance criteria
· Work closely with the Product Owners and Delivery Managers to facilitate any required change management.
· You will assist in the design and development of high quality applications utilising Davies’ strategic technologies.
· You may be asked to work closely with our architects to develop frameworks.
· You must provide technical assistance, support and development skills across the company.
Skills & Experience
· Demonstrate Agile – Experience of Agile Scrum methodology business.
· Ideally, you should have around 5-7 years of commercial software development experience
· A good understanding of Claims Handling and the insurance market would be advantageous
