Due to rapid business growth, we are currently looking for brand new talent for our contact support centre based at our friendly Head Office in Peterborough.

- Salary – £21,000 - £32,000 (OTE - depending on hours)

Job Role:
Assist customers and repairers with submitting vehicle repair requests via telephone, email and 1link. Daily tasks would involve:
· General administration of vehicle repairs
· Liaising with repair agents/garages and customers
· Customer service
Successful applicants will possess and be able to offer:
· Preferable but not essential to have experience of working in a car dealership within service or a workshop environment.
- Possess excellent communication, organisation an inter-personal skills
- Be enthusiastic, respectful and friendly to customers and colleagues.
- Possess a positive / can-do attitude.
- Have the passion and ability to deliver an outstanding customer service.
- Possess high levels of integrity and drive to succeed.
- Computer literate, including Microsoft Office
Work Pattern
This is a permanent full-time position
- Monday – Friday (optional Saturdays)
- 9.00am – 5.00pm (optional additional hours)
