Healthcare Assistant required to support our service user in Crawley

We are looking for an HCA who is caring, committed and passionate to support our service user, a young boy, in Crawley.
About our client:
Our client is a young 8 year old boy who requires care assistance with his tracheostomy. He still leads an active life as often as possible and loves to ride his bike and scooter. He requires assistance and thus can feel shy with new carers to start with. He also enjoys playing games on his tablet and watching videos. He lives with his parents and has a younger brother and is hoping to start going to Primary School soon.
About the role:
Aspects of his care is assisting with his Tracheostomy and PEG. Tracheostomy experience is not essential for this as training will be provided to the right candidate, but would be desirable. He also needs assistance with Medication administration and Humidfication so candidates will need to be observant. He has a speaking valve and will cover his tracheostomy to speak with his family and carers. Shifts available are for nights only.

Shift Patterns:
Night Shifts only - 21:30pm - 7:30am
Mon - Sun Availability, 2 - 3 shifts a week
We offer:
Market leading rates of pay:
· £12.50 /hour during weekday night shifts all day Saturdays
· £13.00 /hour during all day Sundays
· £22.00/hour during all day Bank holidays
Uplifted rate of pay once Tracheostomy competant:
- £15.00/hour during Weekday Night shifts and all day Saturday
- £16/hour during Sunday
- £26/hour during Bank Holidays
