Job Description
- Management of National Account Customers across QSR, Pub Groups and Restaurants - managing the likes of Pizza Express, Zizzi's, Greenking at head office level
- Developing new business opportunities within the QSR, Causual Dining and Pub Group arena
Build commercial relationships with customers and ensure delivery of excellent customer service for allocated customers.
Secure NPD listings with all allocated customers, engaging them through compelling category based sales presentations and also agree launch and support plans with them.
Create and deliver food presentations with the support of category market insight.
Forecast predicted sales accurately to be close to customer level and SKU group.
Reporting into Head of Sales on a weekly basis to provide updates on targets .
The Successful Applicant
- Ideally 3-5 years experience within Foodservice with established relationships with QSRs and Pub groups.
- A passion for food with a "how can we" attitude.
- Passionate about making things happen and growing customer accounts.
- Successfully worked within a small team.
- Demonstrate a keen eye for detail, work quickly and meticulously.
