PINK NINI is looking for a Retail Sales Assistant to join our team. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for selling and maintaining product in a retail setting, and providing excellent customer service. Candidates with a background in retail sales, hospitality, or customer service are especially encouraged to apply.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and a strong work ethic. The Sales Assistant will assist the Store Manager in daily store maintenance and inventory management.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Assist customers with their purchases by explaining products, answering questions, making recommendations based on customers’ needs, etc.
- Maintain cleanliness of store by sweeping, vacuuming, and trash-ing floors, picking up trash around the store, etc.
- Process POS (point of sale) purchases by entering information into POS system
- Maintain positive customer relations by understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service.
- Participate in regular store meetings to ensure store goals are achieved
Experience:
- Retail Sales Experience preferred but not required.
- Cashier Experience preferred but not required.
- 1+ years of experience preferred but not required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
