Job Description

Tech Logic London Limited is looking for a full-time IT Support professional to join our team. This person will be responsible for assisting customers with their daily computer needs and will also be responsible for providing support to other employees. This position is located in our Ilford office.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance and support to employees, customers, and vendors
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on company computers and equipment
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with computers, networks, and other equipment
  • Identify and troubleshoot hardware, software, drivers, and peripherals
  • Identify and recommend new technology to meet customer needs
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve problems
  • Document all computer issues in company’s trouble ticket system
  • Document all services performed on company equipment in company’s trouble ticket system
  • Follow up on all customer issues or tickets and respond quickly to ensure their satisfaction
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Other duties as assigned by management

  • Excellent customer service skills – telephone & face-to-face interactions & general courtesy & professionalism.
  • Strong attention to detail & ability to multi-task & work under pressure.
  • Strong problem solving skills & ability to think outside the box.
  • Ability to work independently & as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills & attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £25,499.00-£27,606.00 per year

Education:

  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

  • Ilford: Relocate before starting work (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Ilford
