Job description
We are looking for a permanent after-school nanny to care for two lovely children in NW2 – Willesden Green.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and French, with experience in childcare. Additional languages such as Spanish or Italian would also be considered, but French is preferred. The children are a 6-year-old girl and a 4-year-old boy who attend an International school. Your duties will include collecting the children from school, providing nutritious meals and snacks, engaging them in educational activities such as arts and crafts, reading, games, and supervision of playdates (as applicable). You will also administer medicine with parents' consent (as applicable) and take the children to appointments on an ad-hoc basis.
During school holidays, additional responsibilities will include planning and organizing outings and activities for the children. This is a part-time role, Monday to Friday from 2.30pm till 6.30pm, with the possibility of full-time work during school holidays from 8.30am till 6pm.
This is to start ideally mid-end August 2023.
The ideal candidate will be kind, caring, friendly, reliable, and responsible, with experience working with young children.
The family is young and friendly, and the children enjoy learning, singing, dancing, playing, role play, and arts and crafts. A non-smoker is preferred.
