Job Title: Primary School Teacher Assistant We are seeking an experienced Teaching assistant with experience supporting children with SEND. This role will involve working in a mainstream school setting assisting children on a 1:1, group or general setting. The responsibilities will vary on depending on what the schoola re looking for at the time of application. Responsibilities: Support the primary school teaching team in delivering engaging and well-planned lessons. Assist in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment. Provide individualized support to students, including those with diverse learning needs. Help implement various teaching strategies to cater to different learning styles. Assist with classroom management and maintaining a positive learning atmosphere. Collaborate with the teaching team to prepare learning materials and resources. Support students during activities, assignments, and assessments. Communicate effectively with teachers, parents/guardians, and other staff members. Help maintain accurate records and documentation.Requirements: Relevant qualifications or training in education or a related field preferred. Experience working with children in a primary school setting. Previous expereince working with children with SEND. Familiarity with the primary school curriculum and teaching methods. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in supporting students' learning and well-being. Adaptability, flexibility, and a collaborative approach.
