Job Purpose:
The post holder will support and manage research activity to underpin and inform the education of healthcare students. They will be expected to work between two teaching and learning projects funded by SLaTE ( Strategy for Learning and Teaching Enhancement).
Project 1: A Toolkit for Service User Involvement for Teaching and Learning at Ulster University. This is an interdisciplinary project using co-design to create an effective and efficient pedagogical approach to service user involvement in the education pathway.
Project 2: Designing an assessment tool for Person-Centred Learning, Teaching and Assessment for Healthcare Students. This project will engage stakeholders in the design and implementation of a domain based scheme for assessment of clinical and communication skills.
