Daily position in Fulham with lovely working hours plus a lunchtime finish on a Friday! – A lovely family who would like to offer someone a long-term position!
A lovely, easy-going family located in Parsons Green are looking for a nanny to care for their two little girls. The oldest is currently at nursery five mornings a week and as of September the youngest will also be attending Nursery three mornings a week. Due to this there will be downtime in the mornings. The family do not require a driver as the nursery is within walking distance, but a driver would be a bonus.
The family are looking for someone to take on light housekeeping around the home as they also have a cleaner hired who will take on all deep cleaning. The suitable candidate would love working with children, have a bubbly personality, but would also be professional.
The oldest has a great imagination, loves colouring and painting. The youngest also has a lovely little personality and is actively trying to keep up with her big sister! The parents like the children to have fun and explore their environments, so are happy for them to play in the garden and do messy activities. The suitable candidate must be a fluent English speaker and able to read as the oldest does have allergies that they need to be aware of when cooking.
General duties:
- Nursery pick-ups
- Playing with the children, doing activities with them and taking them on outings
- Arts and crafts
- Going to the park and for walks
- Preparing snacks and healthy meals for the girls
- Laundry and ironing for the family
- Making sure the kitchen is clean and tidy after use
- Making sure the girls play areas and bedrooms and organised and tidy
- Shopping for groceries for the family
- Making sure the home is generally tidy and organised
Candidate requirements:
- Must be a fluent English speaker
- Experience working with similar ages
- Loves working with children but also happy to take on light housekeeping duties
- Someone who is bubbly, easy going and professional would be suited to this position
DBS check required at offer stage & and a current First Aid Certificate
