WillSuite is a thriving legal tech company based in Nottingham, dedicated to providing specialised software solutions for the legal industry. We are currently seeking a skilled developer to lead our expanding dev team and help us reach new heights in our growth journey.

Our Stack

• Backend - PHP (Laravel)
• Frontend - Javascript (Vue.js)
• Design - Bootstrap & TailwindCSS

Who we’re looking for

• Proven ability to work autonomously and make confident decisions during development
• Experience working with and managing developers of various skill levels, including mentorship
• Proficiency in writing tests to ensure product stability and security
• ​​Demonstrated experience in architecting and leading large-scale projects from inception
• Must be locally based as this is an in-house role
• 3+ years of server management & web development experience
• Expertise with Cloud Infrastructure (DigitalOcean / AWS)
• Strong knowledge of MySQL and database design
• Version control with Git
• Familiarity with continuous integration implementation
• Ideally, someone who can start immediately

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus scheme
• Quarterly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Nottingham, NG1 6DQ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

• Software Development Occupations: 5 years (preferred)
