We’re looking for an experienced Safety Health and Environment (SHE) Advisor to join our Highways team based in Gloucester supporting the team to ensure the highest possible standards of SHEA responsibility are implemented across the business. Location: Gloucester – Site and office based with some agile working : , Fulltime Salary: £34k - £45K Responsibilities As a SHE Advisor, you’ll actively promote Safety, Health and Welfare, leading and setting a good example to other employees and stakeholders. Your day to day will include: work closely with the operational teams in carrying out their roles and SHE responsibilities provide timely and affective operational SHE support and advice to the business unit assist the operational teams in developing Risk Assessments and Safe Systems of Work. conduct regular and robust health and safety Inspections & Audits ensure that all SHE reporting requirements are provided accurately and in a timely manner Who are we looking for?
