As a member of Workforce Advisory, you will work as part of our growing team to:
- Contribute to and lead workstreams across a diverse range of complex engagements in the financial services sector
- Design and create innovative insights for clients, adapting methods and practices to fit client needs
- Proactively manage stakeholder relationships, building trusted relationships with clients
- Identify new opportunities, contribute to preparation of proposals and wider business development activities
- Manage the operational aspect and risk management of client engagements
- Coach and provide learning opportunities for junior team members
- Contribute to delivery of wider strategic goals across WFA and participate in initiatives that support the growth of the firm as a whole
With a specific focus on learning, you will:

Shape, develop and deliver learning programmes, with our account teams and other practice areas (standalone or as a part of larger transformation programmes) in areas such as (but not limited to):
- Designing and building the learning function of the future
- Developing learning strategies (at enterprise level or specific transformation programme level), including learning technologies, and subsequent execution
- Designing and executing learning solutions - including the design, development and deployment of learning assets (digital and non-digital)
- Driving strategic change and organisation performance through learning initiatives (including learning analytics)
- Lead pursuit and teams to deliver client projects and business development activities to ensure quality and operational excellence for our teams
- Lead and manage complex learning projects and programmes of work, including managing teams of employees, stakeholders, third party providers and learning design teams
- Leading the development of propositions and learning solutions for clients in the Financial Services sector on a range of different topical areas from sustainability to regulatory changes
- Develop learning offerings and products, help develop our business and assume responsibility for different team initiatives and activities
- Bring innovation, understanding of the industry and latest trends to ensure the delivery of market-leading, relevant, and targeted solutions and content-rich thought leadership to clients.
Skills And Attributes for Success
- Authenticity and strong personal impact, able to influence and persuade stakeholders to gain support for major changes and key decisions

- Ability to lead complex projects or programmes of work using an Agile approach and adapt to changing requirements or inputs
- Skilled in leading workstreams, facilitating and working collaboratively with team members, and empowering teams to maximise performance
- Resilience and ability to work under pressure to deliver pragmatic solutions; confidence and ability to recognise and manage potential challenges during client assignments
To qualify for this role, you must have:
- Core consulting skills gained through working in a professional services firm, global consultancy, niche consultancy or an in-house role with exposure to large-scale programmes of work
- Experience in architecting learning solutions, including analysis, design, content development, and train-the-trainer, to ensure measurable outcomes within large, complex organisations
- Experience of managing learning vendors alongside internal and/or client teams/stakeholders to drive target outputs/outcomes
- Ability to translate and operationalise learning strategy
- Ability to proactively build relationships and manage stakeholders, including providing robust advice, constructive challenge, influencing decisions, delivering difficult messages, and managing performance issues
- Strong project management and written and verbal communication skills, and experience of producing robust analysis, reports, papers, and presentations
- Experience of designing learning across different formats
Ideally, you'll also have:
- Experience of working across financial services: banking, insurance, and wealth and asset management
- Relevant degree-level education and/or professional qualifications
