SALARY: £60,961 - £71,711 per annum

HOURS: 36 hours per week

If this sounds like you, then we have an opportunity for you at Clarion. You’ll play a pivotal role in assessing the performance of all our stock. We’ll look to you to be innovative and creative in developing solutions, appraising stock and influencing decisions on the future of our assets.
As an Asset Appraisal Manager you’ll join a small friendly team based in London on a permanent basis. We offer hybrid working with the flexibility to work in the office and home working.
What you’ll be doing
Your role will be focussed on the delivery of the group’s asset management strategy working closely with other members of the Asset Strategy Team and across the business. We’ll look to you to play a leading role in appraising our assets and making robust recommendations for board decisions.
You’ll support the Head of Asset Strategy and lead your own small team in assessing the performance of groups of assets and completing options appraisals and portfolio reviews that meet our strategic objectives.
Additional key responsibilities include:-
Ability to carry out robust property analytics to help inform strategies and interventions that improves asset performance and asset lifecycle ( Redevelop, Reinvest, Remodel or Dispose)- Ability to use effective communications strategies with all stakeholders and influence complex decision making
- Provide visible leadership to your team ensuring that challenging objectives and requirements are met within a positive and performance focused environment
What you’ll need
You’ll have proven experience in property and options analysis of large portfolios ideally in residential sector . Confident in excel and interpreting large data sets to make informed decision on the future of a group of assets. With excellent communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders your experience in a management role is desirable.
