Mandatory Skills - Microsoft Endpoint Protection

• Must have delivered a defender rollout previously (mandatory)
• have a good understanding of the full suite within Defender (mandatory)
• Work with stakeholders and business analysts to develop business rules (in business and not technical language) to identify needs
• With business analyst build policies to enhance end point protection
• Work with Security Solution Architects on the End Point Protection design and delivery roadmap
• Work with the Principal Business Analyst and Security Solution Architects on the creation of delivery features
• Work with Test Manager to build robust test plans to assure not only the functional capability of end point controls, but also their performance and userbility
• Using the previous delivery experience to build policies based on the most appropriate triggers
• Tuning rules to reduce the false negative and false positive count to drive maximum value and minimum disruption.
• Working with the delivery team and service transition specialists build the service handover and support documentation set
• Provide hyper-care support for the data protection delivery

Job Type: Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 months

Salary: £196.55-£685.81 per day

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Microsoft Endpoint Protection: 5 years (required)
• defender rollout previously: 5 years (required)
• good understanding of the full suite within Defender: 5 years (required)
