Job description

David Andrew are a market leader in the sales and lettings. We require people who wish to train or develop their careers in estate agency. You must offer an excellent customer experience and service to our clients via the telephone, web or other channels.
The package on offer will include a basic salary, commission, quarterly bonus scheme
You will work independently, apply judgement, maintain stable performance under stress and remain flexible in a changing work environment.
The role
- Generate new revenues of income for the sales, lettings, Property management and building departments
- To answer inbound enquiries via the internet, phone or in person, providing an effective and efficient service
- To maintain regular contact with sellers, buyers.
- Chase sales to ensure the progress of the sales successfully to completion
- Show potential applicants properties
- Maintaining customer relationships
- Order floorplans, photographs and EPC’s with our marketing company and save documents to the cloud
- Compile board lists on a weekly bases
- Canvass local properties that present opportunities for the business.

You will need to be motivated, passionate, determined and ambitious to be successful in our company.
You will are expected to work every Saturday with a day off in the week. Our working hours are
Monday – Thursday – 9am – 6.30 pm
Friday 9 am – 6 pm
Saturday 9am – 4 pm
