WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

In this interesting role within the Economic Crime team, you’ll be reporting directly to the AB&C Risk Advisory Manager.
You’ll be supporting the building and developing KRI and KPI metrics as well as being responsible for the governance and reporting, including presenting at and feeding into senior committees and fora.
You’ll be reviewing and completing AB&C risk assessments on our 3rd Party Suppliers, consulting, conducting gap analysis and training to foster an ethical and compliant control environment.

Supporting key stakeholders in understanding and adhering to the AB&C and Facilitation of Tax Evasion (FoTE) Policy and Standards;
Acquiring data from multiple sources, organising, analysing, and disseminating the information;
Completing monthly MI Dashboards, collating and analysing information to identify red flags, risks and emerging issues to profile areas.
Continuously reviewing and challenging the data and reporting framework, recommending more effective ways to present information and creation of new reports to assist the management decision-making;
Supporting the production of various MI reports on events to senior management, feeding into key governance meetings/forums where appropriate;
Escalating MI as required against procedures requirements and respond to challenge / requests where needed.
What you’ll bring.
We are looking for people who can help shape, influence and transform the Bank’s capabilities, ensuring we continue to disrupt Financial crimes, and support and enable the right outcomes for our customers .
Proven ability to analyse and visualise raw data to present actionable information gleaned from previous roles
Broad Financial Crime knowledge including AML, ABC and Sanctions
It would also be nice for you to have.

Strong communication and presentation skills
Proactive mindset with the ability to prioritise large workloads and work at pace
Ability to manage workload and working under pressure in busy environment competing demands effectively
What else you need to know.
This is a permanent role which can be based in our offices in Milton Keynes, Bradford, Glasgow or Sheffield.
If successful, you will receive a site-based contract with a hybrid working pattern. You will be expected to attend the office 40% of the time.
