We are looking for an experienced and dynamic General Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the business, developing strategies to increase profitability, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a managerial role, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for leading teams to success.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the business.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase profitability and efficiency.
- Lead and motivate staff to achieve desired results.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Monitor financial performance and ensure cost control measures are in place.
- Analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £40,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
