We believe in equipping our people with the tools they need to consistently develop their skills and succeed in ways they never thought possible. Your ability to establish concrete trust with others and put their growth at the forefront of decision making will allow you to support and guide them in becoming the most established individuals possible.

Our culture plays a really important part in how we operate and prioritising making people feel like they can contribute to wider business goals and strategy regardless of their position is something we champion. We want you to come in flooded with ideas on how to improve our document control processes, how to create incredible onboarding experiences for our new starters and how to find ways to best ensure that everything our teams say and do is reflective of our brand.

So, what will your duties and responsibilities as a People & Culture Coordinator be?

  • To provide technical support to our managers and team leads regarding our HR policy, employee engagement metrics and social events

  • To build employee loyalty by championing our culture and ensuring everyone’s needs are being met.
  • To ensure alignment between our HR systems, project management systems and overall company objectives to help the company achieve our continued success.
  • Creating training plans and materials and assisting managers and team leaders get the right skills within their teams.
  • Overseeing the recruitment of new employees – including the creation, distribution & monitoring of documentation such as offer letters, contracts, and policies etc
  • To actively seek to improve how we operate, suggest new processes, ideas or alternative approaches to people policy and processes.

What’s on offer for our next People & Culture Coordinator?

  • Invaluable opportunity to work within an established (and still growing!) payroll & compliance business
  • Starting salary of £30,000 - 35,000 per annum with the opportunity to earn an easily achievable and uncapped monthly bonus
  • 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays + birthday day off
  • Pension (auto enrolment)
  • Super relaxed working environment – we mainly work from home these days, but we do also have a trendy office space right by Watford Junction for those days when you just need to see a friendly face!

What we’d like from you…

  • The ability to work within a fast-paced environment!
  • Drive and ambition to make a difference
  • Confidence in dealing with difficult scenarios
  • Unmatched organisational skills
  • Previous experience in a HR / People position
