We have an opportunity for a Media Sales Consultant who will sell multi-platform advertising solutions to businesses in the wedding industry. We are not expecting you to have previous experience in this industry but it’s a great opportunity to step into the world of media and take full advantage of the training and support we offer.
It is essential that you have had a few months of work experience in sales either retail or office based, long enough to know that you were good at it, you enjoyed the buzz of sales and know that you work really hard to achieve your targets. If you are now looking to hone these skills in a professional supportive company, a busy lively team then this is for you.
This is a telephone-based role where you will be calling wedding businesses offering them the latest options to advertise with us in our magazines or on the internet – you would find out about the potential client's business and their aims, what they currently do in terms of advertising and marketing and then offer a solution.
Our range of media titles include 19 County Wedding Magazines' titles covering most of England and South Wales.
Your qualities:
· Previously worked in a sales environment
· Good confident communication skills
· Excellent business acumen able to converse well with a range of clients
· Happy to call new businesses – enjoys phone work
· Willing to learn and develop within the media industry
Salary and bonus:
· Basic starting salary of up to £25k with
· OTE additional bonus potential of £15K + uncapped per annum
· On-going training and continuous support
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
