Citywide Eye Care is looking for an optometric medical receptionist. Responsibilities include greeting patients, answering phone calls, registering new patients and verification of eligibility with insurances. Proficiency in computers, multitasking and good customer service skills.
Citywide Eye Care is located in Great Neck, NY. We are a full scope optometric office. We specialize in pediatric eye care, vision therapy and myopia management. Duties may include:
Answering phone calls
Registering new patients
Checking in patients
Making follow up appointments
Verifying insurance eligibility and coverage
Collecting payments and copayments
Other duties as assigned
