INSURANCE BROKER SUPPORT APPRENTICESHIP

THE COMPANY

THE POSITION

The role to include but not limited to the following:

  • Providing support to the brokers with customer enquiries and issues
  • Contacting clients and insurance companies via telephone and written communication
  • Sending emails to clients on behalf of the broker team
  • Sending proposals out to insurers and then collating quotes
  • Creating documents and letters to send to clients
  • Data Input, maintenance and alteration of data
  • Invoicing clients
  • Assisting the operations manager ensuring we are compliant with the financial conduct authority requirements
  • Ensuring all customer files are up to date
  • Customer service and follow up calls with clients

Training to be provided

  • Level 3 in Business Administration Apprenticeship Standard

  • Business fundamentals
  • Professionalism and performance management
  • Functional skills if needed

This Apprenticeship will involve:

  • Off the job training
  • You will also develop your knowledge, skills and behaviours
  • You need to have an employer to support your Apprenticeship and be employed in a relevant job role
  • The typical length of this Apprenticeship course is 18 months
  • This course has multiple start dates throughout the year
