Calling all Account Managers!!
The mission, if you choose to accept it…
- Lead communications with existing clients
- Proactively identify and resolve issues before they escalate
- Take an ongoing responsibility for the activity and growth of the clients assigned to you.
- Work closely with our Head of Agency and Client Services Manager to onboard and execute new client strategies
- Ongoing dialogue with the senior management team
- Keeping your finger on the pulse with all things digital and thrive on new developments within the industry
- Develop a strong understanding of our products and service offering to readily tailor an optimal strategy to any scenario
- Attend key client meetings, offering strategic guidance and advise on opportunities to grow
- Daily communications with our team of creators, marketers and tech, to ensure synergy across the team
- Be the escalation point for the internal team tasked with executing your strategy
Superpowers required
- Extraordinary communications skills- confident in leading client meetings and ensuring team members are fully kept in the loop
- Out of this world thinking with a strategic and analytical flare
- Heroic history- at least 3 years experience within a similar Agency role
- Portfolio of past wins- you are able to demonstrate your past successes

Salary: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
