The Marketing and Public Relations Manager, Media Distribution, is responsible for sending all Marketing and Communications materials to production. The candidate prepares designed files for production, gathers estimates and approvals, selects vendors, and sends the items to print. They also approve vendor proofs, perform press checks when necessary, and manage many printing vendor relationships.
The candidate is also responsible for product distribution, storage, installation, and fulfillment. They will work with a mail house and USPS to ensure that mailed materials are mailed correctly. The candidate needs to have knowledge of the many printing processes, be able to communicate well and remain organized in a fast paced, high-volume environment.
This position also manages the distribution and approval of brand assets, including stationery and presentation templates, logo files, and additional Marketing assets, as well as manages storage for produced materials and signage hardware across the Health System.
