Exempt Status: Exempt
Remote Status: Hybrid (2 to 3 days in-office each week)

Salary Range: $50,000-$55,000 + Performance-Based Bonuses

Summary
The Paid Media Coordinator works collaboratively across Foghorn Labs to strategize, design, and implement paid media campaigns for our clients. This includes engagement in client meetings, management of marketing calendars, and reporting on campaign performance.
Foghorn Labs is an independently-owned digital marketing agency with offices in Portland and Bend, OR that works with outdoor and active lifestyle brands.
Primary Responsibilities
Campaign Management
- Strategize, develop, run, and optimize the performance of online advertising campaigns across major social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and more) and search platforms (Google, Microsoft).
- Collaborate with Account Managers to develop customized strategies for clients that combine industry best practices with approaches unique to each client’s business.
- Quantify the impact of optimizations and A/B tests through reporting tools.
- Build proficiency in new and emerging online platforms as client needs evolve.
- Maintain subject matter knowledge in Paid Social, Paid Search, Programmatic Display, and Performance Video ad platforms, helping to evolve Foghorn Labs’ offerings to exceed client expectations. Keep up to date on digital marketing trends and industry news related to key clients.
- Support Account Managers to ensure that clients are aware of important platform updates and relevant best practices, escalating issues as they arise.
- Communicate directly with clients as needed for approvals, revisions, and reporting, and to ensure project deadlines are met.
Project Management
- Project manage tasks, deadlines, and progress of new campaign development according to work orders.
- Maintain an accurate calendar of major client events, such as sales, promotions, new product launches, and meetings.
- Manage clients on a regular basis for approvals, revisions, reporting, and ad-hoc questions.
- Ensure clients are aware of platform updates and best practices, escalating issues as they arise.
- Lead the strategy and implementation of Foghorn Labs internal marketing, including social media, blog, website content, and marketing materials.
- Work alongside Account Managers and department heads to manage projects and tasks to completion in a timely manner according to statements of work.
- Prioritize assignments via Asana based on complexity and urgency. Identify important tasks and assign them to relevant team members as needed.
- Work alongside account managers and the leadership team to continue scaling Foghorn’s social media campaigns among existing clients and for new business.
Minimum Qualifications
- BA/BS degree, ideally in business (marketing, economics, management, leadership, entrepreneurship) or language arts (English, creative writing). BA/BS requirement waived for candidates with equivalent practical experience.
- 1 or more years of experience in Social Media Advertising (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok, LinkedIn), Paid Search (Google, Microsoft), Programmatic Display, and Performance Video (YouTube).
- Prefer experience with Google Analytics.
- Ability to recognize trends and anomalies within large amounts of data.
- Highly organized with attention to detail in a project management capacity.
- Proven ability to write in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- Ability to adapt quickly, think strategically, and seek solutions to unfamiliar challenges.
- Experience with Excel or Google Sheets as well as PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides.
- Passionate about the evolution of marketing and being outside.
- Plays well with others.
