Location: American Express Community Stadium, Brighton
Hours: To work all home matches for the 23/24 season (inclusive of Premier League, Cup games & Europa League games). Additional hours available throughout the season on non-matchdays.
Hourly Rate: £10.90 per hour
Job Type: Worker agreement

Calling all customer service extraordinaries to join our award-winning Supporter Services Team. Do you get excited about creating and delivering legendary and stand-out customer experiences? This is an exciting opportunity for someone who will be able deal with general enquiries and sales for our fans via the telephone, online and in person on home matchdays. We take our customer service seriously and our fans are at the heart of everything we do.
Your background
If you have experience in working in a fast-paced customer service environment and are looking to further your career in this field, then we would love to hear from you. Our ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a busy and lively sales environment with strong numerical and literacy skills.
Due to the nature of the role, it is unlikely that you will be able to watch the match - please be aware of this if you are currently a season ticket holder. There are additional hours during the week and busy periods will also be available.
