We're currently looking for an highly motivated remote sales advisor to join our growing telecommunication business.
To be successful in this role, you will be responsible for winning business, developing and nurturing relationships with key prospects.
You’ll be provided with all of the training and tools needed to succeed, as well as be welcomed into our friendly team with open arms.
Our ideal candidate is someone who is helpful, determined, friendly and honest.
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about helping customers find the right solutions.
What we are looking for from a Sales Advisor
- Superb rapport building skills.
- Confidently make outbound calls and build immediate rapport.
- Amazing levels of active listening and ability to identify opportunities.
- Can adapt your style to each customer and their needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in a customer or sales focused role.
- Enthusiastic team player, always ready to take up the next challenge.
- Can provide a dedicated home working space that offers safety and comfort.
- Maintain a positive attitude and build strong relationships with customers.
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
There is NO cold calling involved in this role.
