We’re recruiting for a Marketing Manager who will support both our hotels as well as our corporate brand, supporting with projects and campaigns in both the B2B and B2C space. Sounds good right?!
This role requires some national travel.
What will I be responsible for as Marketing Manager?
- Leading the Marketing team to deliver success
- Creating and managing the social media strategy and channels for Kew Green creating content and imagery to drive engagement
- Develop and maintain an e-Marketing strategy
- Develop insightful reports and presentations to support and inform the company on strategies and performance
- Manage Kew Green Hotels’ portfolio websites both branded and independent
- Drive customer data acquisition through effective data capture across all available customer touchpoints online
- Custodian of the company and 3rd party brands, responsible for ensuring brand guidelines are adhered to
- Represent Kew Green at Brand partner meetings, events and forums.
- Provide support for owner marketing solutions
- Create and provide toolkits for teams to deploy initiatives across Food Beverage and support the hotels with, assets and collateral
- Support the teams with key initiatives and competitions to drive commercial results and customer engagement.
- Liaise with PR support for Press Releases, Crisis Communications or Public Relations guidance
- All company Marcomms
- Manage third party agency relationships
- Manage the creative Design process within the team.
Is this Marketing Manager role right for me?
You may be working within Marketing within a hotel/leisure/FB environment or perhaps working agency-side and you’ll be looking for an opportunity to lead on all things Marketing and creative within a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Digital will be your thing – you’ll know all the latest trends and be an expert in coaching and mentoring your team to take the same approach.
If you’re in marketing, it probably goes without saying that you’ll have a keen eye for detail – but for us, that really matters. One of our values is “the details matter” and within this role, you’ll be the guardian of ensuring our brand is accurately represented externally.
We’re also looking for a natural leader. This doesn’t mean you have to have managed people before – what you will have though is a sound understanding of the performance management process and how to get the best out of your team.
