Job description

About The Role

If you have passion for marketing and a proactive, creative can-do attitude, then this is the opportunity for you. We’re looking for a flexible and versatile marketer to contribute and develop integrated marketing campaigns to support the growth of our inbound sales channels. Ultimately, you will help us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.

This is a role where you can grow and develop your digital marketing skills, working with a great in-house team and top class agencies. You’ll have plenty of opportunities to learn and will be a major contributor to Practice Plus Group and the work we do across all our healthcare divisions.

About You

We are looking for a proactive self-starter who is able to work effectively both as part of a team and on your own initiative. You will be enthusiastic and self-driven, highly organised with good time management skills and good attention to detail. Experience and a good understanding of digital and offline marketing is desirable, but curiosity and a ‘can-do’ attitude is essential.

You will need a good knowledge of marketing performance and optimisations, offline marketing and digital marketing. Good project management and strong interpersonal skills as well as the ability to multi-task and re-prioritise are required to help you manage multiple projects simultaneously.

A good problem solver, with critical thinking skills and the ability to understand and interpret data, you will be able to work autonomously as well as part of an integrated team.

Responsibilities include tracking and analysing the performance of campaigns, email marketing automation, and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity.

Key responsibilities:

  • Participating in planning and implementing marketing strategies
  • Build strategic relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure smooth running and optimal performance of all campaigns and projects
  • Develop marketing collateral to support marketing campaigns and oversee the production of such materials
  • Manage small marketing campaigns from inception to delivery
  • Collation and management of all marketing materials, libraries, and distribution channels
  • Support the email marketing automation strategy, email build and AB testing
  • Conduct research and analyse data to identify and define audiences
  • Coordinate promotional activities, events and interviews
  • Write and proofread creative copy
  • Track campaign data analytics and reports to support marketing team’s KPIs
  • Manage social media accounts as required
  • Support digital advertising campaigns, including strategy, development and measurement

Skills and knowledge

  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, CRM systems, social media, and email marketing automation
  • A sound understanding of multi-channel content planning, creation, and delivery
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
  • Ability to effectively multi-task and prioritise
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
  • A willingness to learn new skills such as Google Ads and SEO
