Job description

Main purpose:

Working closely with the Digital Marketing team and the Developers you will be responsible for creating high quality JavaScript, HTML, Angular and CSS code to deliver well-structured and visually pleasing websites and applications as well as provide solutions to create an exceptional user experience.

Key responsibilities:

The key responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Designing and maintaining the full suite of the Group websites using Wordpress
• Planning, creating, testing and launching new features for our websites
• Ensuring effective and efficient user experience by improving or removing website features
• Taking ownership of project/initiative deliverables
• Assisting the Digital Marketing team with design related issues
• Assisting the developers with creative design solutions
• Font end development of API integrations
• Any other duties commensurate with the role.

Experience/Knowledge:

Essential

• Previous commercial experience in developing websites
• Previous experience working with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular
• Experience working with Wordpress
• Good knowledge of responsive web design and accessibility best practice
• Project Management Experience

Desirable

• Bootstrap, Tailwind, Adobe Creative Suite

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: Up to £60,000.00 per year
