More about your role
As Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for the marketing and advertising of the company's developments locally, always ensuring that a professional, corporate image is projected which promotes Places Developments. You will support the division and to work with colleagues to deliver a comprehensive service. You will build strong working relationships ensuring to maintain customer satisfaction through our “People First” approach.
As Marketing Executive you will help us to meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company's rapid and sustainable growth through sales.
For more information, please download our job profile available on our website. This is a Hybrid role, with time split between office and home working. Although Leeds is our main hub for this role we can also accept applicants from the Preston area.
More about you
To be successful in this role you will have excellent communication skills which means that they are comfortable reaching out to our internal and external partners in person, through email, over the phone and on social media.
You will be target-driven, competitive and a team player, with a drive for managing all sales leads generated to their respective Division by Group Marketing activity, and closely monitoring conversion rates. Ultimately
You will be confident in using digital marketing platforms including content management systems social media and e-mailing software such as MailChimp. You will possess a collaborative nature and be good project manager with excellent organisation and communication skills. If you have experience of the property market this would be advantageous although training and support will be provided.
